Who the hell wants to drive 30 mph for a hour and a half. I am all about good mpg, but at that speed why not ride a horse.

I understand it might take some getting used to. But this is an operator issue, not the car's issue.
This is not a prius c safety issue. This is a prius driver issue. Most people know you need to put it in P before you cut it off.
