Just came from my dealer; showed them that the door panel on the driver side door is in contact with the driver side dashboard trim piece. Passenger front door is fine as are both back door. It's beginning to rub the finsh off a bit. Nothing major but will be over time. He said they had a few '03 Corollas with the same issue. These were replaced by Toyota at no cost, no further problem. I'll keep you all posted as to what Toyota's response is, tomorrow. Any one else experience this? Bob
