05 cat and exhaust system

    2005 and 2007 cat converter-tail pipe are interchangable?

    i have and 2005 prius that sounds like a fart can. and looking to pick up 2007 cat converter and pipes from the junk yard and wondering if it fits

    Have you checked to see what, if anything, has been replaced to make yours sound that way? It could just be the muffler that was replaced. No reason to buy everything if you don't need to.

    thanks sir, just bought the whole thing used for $200. drove over 100 miles today. no check engine light yet.
