'06 rear cup holder won't stay in place

    My rear cup holder fell out a couple years ago so I just shoved it back in expecting the tangs to hold it and they kind of do. But every couple months the rear cup holder will fall out again. My girls put their water bottles in it every day so it has to carry a quart of water daily. This should not be too much for it to carry. Anyone know how to convince the cup holder to stay in place? Any special glue that might work?

    This has happened to me since I bought my 06 Prius. I've had the dealer try to fix it and nothing has worked permanently. Anyone have any suggestions?

    My suggestion would be to replace the part, but it is pretty expensive: MSRP of $137. Champion ToyotaWorld
