I've read through tutorials on how to recalibrate the touch screen. The issue I am having is that I can't seem to get to the Product Diagnosis menu. The touch screen is off by so much that any buttons on the top cannot be pressed (was like this when I bought it, very well used vehicle). When I press INFO and flick the lights, it takes me to the System Diagnosis menu where there is a button on the top to go back to the regular Diagnosis Menu - which I cannot press and need to get to in order to navigate to the correct menu. Is it possible I am doing something wrong, or is there any other way to navigate to the Diagnosis Menu and/or Product Diagnosis menu?

Yes the digitizer is probably lifting off glass screen.causing issue. If you have the regular four button MFD they can be had for 10 $15 The seven button GPS unit can cost you $400 so if you have the regular four button you may just want to grab another one there everywhere well kind of where I live anyway The digitizer can be fixed they can be purchased spliced in and laid over the old glass if it's worth it many of these things I break down you can see where moisture has gotten through over the years just being in the air it rusts around the edge of the thin metal that much of the electronics is assembled with usually I haven't been in the pickle where I've had to try and really repair one of these there's so many of the four buttons around it's not worth my time The seven button is another story I only have one vehicle with that and we don't use it that much the seven button display that is the vehicle's driven every day The people that I've raised here that drive my cars are not really button pushing types We don't use the diagnostics menu in the car ever all the cars are outfitted with the Bluetooth nonsense that can scan the car at least basically so that's what everybody uses with their phone. Good luck with that.
