Bought a used drivers seat (perfect condition) taken from a totaled prius, to replace my torn seat. Was shown the location of the orange hybrid battery connector and how to remove it, and the location of the small battery, and told to remove either the pos or neg terminal, before disconnecting and removing the old seat (4 bolts and 2 connectors, I think). Is there anything else I should be concerned about, and/or is there a link for these instructions?
I think if you remove the 12 volt battery ground, that should ensure the airbags don't deploy. That being said, make sure the car is turned off, just check! Unplug the seat from the car, remove bolts, swap seat. Reassemble in reverse order!
