I bought my 2013 v Five 2-1/2 years ago with 26k miles. Now with 100k miles, I did the scheduled maintenance the other day. I changed the trans fluid for the first time. It was black like India ink. Perhaps 60k mile trans service would be more appropriate. along with engine oil and filter change, I drained and filled both cooling systems. including going to my nearby dealer to buy new plastic clips for the underbody tray, I spent 4-5 hrs on the service. All said, the trans sure seemed smoother and quieter. peace.
