I.e. still short of the Japanese record tank distance in a Prius (not a plug-in): exceeding 3000 kilometers. And that includes many commute day engine warmup cycles.
Interesting.. would have been a time when I said, wow 84.1 MPG. I'm so spoiled now and 84.1MPG would be a very very bad day. Yeah its better than I would get a 1500mile trip, but then I'd have to drive an inefficient car all year. For a 1500 mile trip, I'd fly (coach). Best "tank" for a Volt is about 14435 miles. But of course that includes plugging in. And of couse a BEV... well there is no gas at all.
120 EV-only miles on a volt is 3.4x EPA. The 84.1 is not even 2x of the EPA highway of a TDI. In pure EV in a volt has already two people that exceeded 70 (i.e. 2x).
Put a bigger tank in any car and it will drive a long distance -Htc Tapatalk ( sorry for auto spell correct )
