Ok So just installed these using only a 3 mm spacer. You don't need adapters or anything bigger than 3mm to clear it all. I am lug centric until I can find a spacer for the 56.1 to 54.1.difference. You do need new tapered lugs. Gonna be chrome if you want to pull it off as the tiny black locking lugs don't center as well. 2.0 isn't much. But you must hand snug - with a gentle pattern to allow the centering to take place. you must install your old tpsensors - cost with labor lugs and shims $210. No shakes at all - will do till someone makes the paper thin shim.
