i thought I would share with you the 17" tire/rim upgrade I did this weekend as the OEM 15" rims/tire did nothing for me. As far as I know, I haven't taken a hit on the gas mileage but the handling was improved dramatically. Since getting the car earlier this month, I did the rims, tires, lug nuts, black appliqué for shifter and console, k&n air filter, and 55% window tint all the way around. Although this car isn't considered a high end car, I will say that it was well built. Although it's not my Lexus LS430, it is quite impressive to say the least. Hope the pictures help you get a good visual. By the way, the tires came from tires direct and the rims came from summit racing. Bought the tpms from Amazon. All in all, $1,200 for the package.
They're in New Jersey. They likely need the clearance for driving in this strange stuff called snow & ice. Most people in Hawaii do not know much about driving in snow.
Hello, do you mind me asking, what effect did the new 17 inch wheels have on ride quality, did it make it significantly or moderately harsher? I mean just going over city roads. iPhone ?
