2001 Prius Hybrid Battery Core return $150.00

    Hey gang,
    I finally got rid of the Hybrid battery pack at a local dealer but not until Toyota Customer Experience had spoke with me then called the local dealer of my choice. I received a check for $150 from the dealer but might not have if I had not pressed the issue about core return.

    I didn't realise they gave the customer the bounty. I thought it was the dealer only.
