Just removed the combination meter from my 04 and had a technician look at it and he resoldered some parts and after installing, it was still the same. Took it cak and now he tells me that it is the lcd itself that has burned out? Apparently the fix is to replace that part and all the info Re: mileage stays the same as that info stays with the chip?, any info??
