2004 Prius no start no ignition

    Hello i have a 2004 Toyota Prius . 3 Months ago i had the Hybrid battery rebuilt . about 2 weeks ago i had the Synergy drive mechanical pump replaced . Now the car will not start . no Speedometer gauge no IGNINTION I Took the 12 volt Deep cycle battery into napa . to test it was fine 12.7 amps on load test .
    is their a fuse that might have blown ?
