No bulb, headlight obviously doesn't turn on....Looks like wire was snipped. Can I (by "I" I mean a mechanic that is handy) hardwire in or somewhere in the area to get them to work? There are two 2006 models at the local junkyard....Are they interchangeable with the 2005 model? When I bought bulbs for the 2005 I purchased D2Rs....and I think in 2006 to 2009 they switched over to D4R....
Well, looks like 2004 and 2005 were the only compatible vehicles when it comes to the headlights and wiring. Mechanic said I needed the "ballast" which has 2 wires coming out. Ordered it on eBay for $60 and he put it on for $20...and seems to work. Wired it in and plugged it in and it's good. Very mysterious that ballast was missing and wiring was snipped.
