Have you guys found any decent links to full color choices for 2006? Even searching this forum is tough to come up with a link to see the colors... google also?... I saw a factory color chart... Kinda hard to tell from that and a japanese site that I couldn't read so I didn't know what I was looking at.. other than the black and red?

Yea.. so where the hay is our colors?.... If they are going to start manufacturing over here.. there is no reason in the future we should be delayed...... I guess thier timeline is different than ours. They only make it hard on themselves too when they know tons of people are making orders without knowledge of packages, colors, options until the last minute... then they get hit with all the orders at once when the let the cat out of the bag?
I'm very curious as to why they're delaying the launch. The only two vehicles left are the Prius and RAV4. We know the RAV4 is coming in late Dec, early January but the Prius? Isn't it soon? where is the info? Is there something that's delaying them?
I don't know if they are delaying or not... I read somewhere that do not release till Nov 17. I don't really know other than what I remembered I read on the other threads.
One probable reason might be they still have tons of 2005 models still unsold - so they just wait to tell the public to much about the 2006. I know for a fact that this is the reason here in Norway - they wanted me to take a 2005 - but I got them to order a 2006 for me instead. And this was not the dealer - but Toyota centrally...
Yep.. if they talk about or get customers excited about the 2006 for only 450.00 more, then they will be sitting on lots of 2005's. They're pretty good at playing dumb... They do it so well, I have a hard time figuring out it they really are.. or its just acting! :lol:
Plus you loose customers you will never see again if you turn them on to something you can't sell them today.... you gotta hit the iron while its hot.. or they will search elsewhere and find!... they know that! Its not that they're lying.. they are just witholding information... kinda like we did when we were kids?
Anyway...about them colors... if anybody finds the definitive list for the US.. please post.. seems like we are getting Japans list half the time?

According to my friend (he's a WW2 vet who was in intel and speaks Japanese) this site does say "Red Metalic". He could not read anywhere the word "Barcelona" though. He admits his reading of the symbols is not as good as it used to be, but to him it only says "Red Metalic" So I believe this site is showing the "Barcelona Red Metalic".
