Just wanted to give some people some ideas on installing the EV button. I just got my EV button from Sigma last week and I'm planning on installing it tomorrow. I decided to make my installation some what reversible. I'm going to use some old computer molex connectors for a quick disconnect in case I feel like taking it out for some unknown reason. The EV button end of the wire harness serves as a quick disconnect. The other end (seen to the left in the picture below) will be some what permanently attached to the car using vampire type wire taps. I will be following all the other EV installation guides found here on PC for the installation. Everything except my harness will be the same. I have attached a picture of my harness below. you have "re-invented the wheel" the gray connector is all you need just pull it off the button and snap the original cover over the hole

I just finished my installation of the 06 EV button. It was very easy to do. Here are the pinouts for the 06 button in case anyone needs them. Pin 1 - Switch ground - Connect to the White / Black wire on the Rheostat Pin 2 - Light ground - Connect to the Red wire on the Rheostat Pin 3 - Light voltage - Connect to the Grey wire on the Rheostat Pin 4 - Switch positive - Connect to pin 27 on the ECU This worked perfectly.
