My wife is using her 2006 prius at night and noticed that the lights are dim. The battery is fine so I swapped out the two Xenon HID lights (took a while since I have big hands). But afterwards they are still dim even to me. I had purchased these: Any ideas on why they are still dim? Should I replace each bulb with an LED set instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
