It could just be the bulb. Else, there was a recent post by a member with the solution of soldering the connectors. Since it is low-cost, if you have soldering skills I would give that a try. From his post... "Long story short, I found the problem is the red-black wire pair inside the headlight that provides twelve volts to the headlight power supply. Over time, the crimps become high resistance and act like a thermal switch. You can take the plugs apart and solder the crimps and, voila, the headlights now burn ad infinitum. " Otherwise, you may need to replace the HID ballast. Expensive, a hassle to fix, and kinda easy to accidentally break something.
