2007 Prius A/C weird noise

    My Prius makes a weird noise when started and the AC compressor for 15 seconds and then cycles a lot. Something is wrong. The AC cycles and seems to get very cold and not cold at all.

    sounds like the ice is revving higher than normal?

    If you're low on Freon (or whatever they call it), you will hear a lot of cycling.
