2008 85k miles code P0A09 dc converter status low input

This forum is my last chance before i send it to the shop.

P0A09 dc converter status circuit low input
C1310 HV system malfunction
Red triangle is on and wont go away even when i clear the codes
Runs and drives fine, hybrid battery is charging like usual

I replaced the inverter, checked inverter pump, put another 12V battery from another prius that i have, checked every module/cell in hybrid pack under load.

What can be the issue?
