Bought a used 2008 the other day without cruise control. After reading this forum I know I can buy aftermarket cruise control parts and install them myself for cheaper than any Toyota dealer. My question - Is there a step-by-step manual that shows which parts to buy and how to install it? Does anyone know which parts to buy. Please help!!! I read that it can be done, but how? I'm in the middle of doing this mod. This is what you need 1. CC Switch/arm 2. wire harnes (2 wires 6 inch long with plugs on the ends) 3. 2 screws to hold the switch on 4. Cover with the hole in it for the arm to stick thru 5. Brake switch with C/C cancel I ordered all the parts the other day but forgot the brake switch, I installed the rest of the parts already, took about 20 minutes. Also got the wrong cover, they gave me one with no hole in it just like I already have. The "Cruise" light come on now but it just blinks at me if I try to use the cruise control feature because the "cuise cut off brake switch" is not installed yet. Looks like Toyota will be seeing me again soom,
