I have a 2008 Prius with 108K miles. It was throwing codes including P3000 Hybrid Battery Malfunction and P2237 Hybrid Oxygen control. Lex Techs told me I needed a new Hybrid Battery and a new ECU. Replaced the hybrid battery but unable to find a good ECU which continues to be a problem. As far as losing check engine light Want advice as to whether I should junk the car or try to get it fixed. I really love my Prius and hate to junk it at such minimal mileage. Anyone have any advice?

Looks like you're in Georgia USA how far are you from a place called Conyers Georgia in Conyers there are several junkyards with rows of Prius that are so long it would be like walking to Atlanta practically I am sure you will find your computer and any one of these four or five junk yards I do not have all their names they list on eBay and I'm sure a map of Conyers Georgia will net you names and addresses these are large places huge please cars have 20 ECUs in them Not sure exactly which one they've told you you need I have several here in North Carolina and I used to travel through Conyers Georgia a few years ago pretty regularly large places I do not know the rest of the state that well Conyers and Atlanta a little bit. Good luck

I don't know who "Lex Techs" are, but it doesn't sound like they gave you much information. Those are not very good (accurate?) code descriptions.

P3000 is set by the Hybrid Vehicle Control ecu. It basically states "Hey, the High Voltage battery ecu says that it has a problem, you should go over there and check it out".

I wouldn't do any repair until I scanned the battery ecu for codes and did any necessary tests (maybe that was done - just can't tell from what you posted).

The ECM (engine ecu) will set P2237 when it detects an open circuit for the upstream Air / Fuel sensor (the one that mounts in the exhaust manifold). The wiring should be checked for damage (rodents do love nibbling wires), but usually it's the sensor itself.

Use only a Toyota or Denso sensor from a reputable source (not ebay, amazon, etc).

You might consider getting your own scantool. Here's a thread that reviews several apps and OBD2 devices for smartphones. Some are capable of scanning all systems on a Gen 2 Prius for codes and data (plus some other functions).
