My 2010 Prius with 240k miles stopped responding to the gas pedal this morning and is giving me P0171, P3191 and P3190 with the dreaded Check Hybrid System warning. My best guess is that the engine stopped getting any or enough fuel/power and triggered my battery to take over. I know that P0171 is a Lean Fuel code. P3190 & P3191 have a slew of possibilities and I'm trying to figure out what to try next to fix. So far I have cleaned the MAF sensor (using MAF cleaner), added fuel treatment in the hopes that I don't have to take out the back seat to work on the fuel pump, and I'm tried cleaning out the throttle body. Any other suggestions?
