I just have the basic AM/FM/CD/MP3 radio. Occasionally when I press the preset #1 button it shuts off the entire radio and the only way I can get it to work is to essentially reboot by turning off the car and turning it back on. In town that's not such a big deal, but it would be a hassle on the highway, especially if I was stuck in a middle lane in heavy traffic and have to maneuver to the shoulder before I could stop. When I spoke of it to the service guy at the dealership, he responded like this was not the first time he had heard of the problem. That made me wonder: does anyone know if there has been a service bulletin or recall on the radio?
