so.... i took my car to dealship for repair, and got a loaner car from them.... just yesterday i damaged the bumper on that loaner car !!! =( i'm have such bad luck.... so, does anyone know how to deal w/ the dealership on this.... and how much it might cost to repair... its on the passanger front. it's a little torn actually.... any ideas is appreciated!!!
It all depends on the terms of the loaner car. Was it in fact a rental? If so, your insurance should cover the cost of repairs. If not, you should be honest and contact the dealer right away and ask what their policy is. If you were given any paperwork, it might already be defined in the small print. Good luck.
