someone lightly scratched my left rear passenger door and quarter panel. it cant be buffed out. though slight, it would have to be repainted. the dealer quoted me $750 and 2 days for this. Who else in Nashville Tn does good paint work?
I don't have someone in Nashville, but I would suggest you try an autobody shop attached to a multi-manufacturer dealer lot - like a Penske Group? I was quoted $980 for damage to our Mini and had it done by a Penske autobody shop for $650 and it looked perfect. The Mini is now no longer with us - replaced by an Audi A3 TDI last week.
I live in Brentwood, TN. I have found a great paint and body shop that serves the Nashville area. Their work is not cheap, but I have not found anyone at any price that does a better job. They are also honest, which is another quality hard to find. I can not tell their work from the factory original. The name of the shop is "Paint & Body Perfectors" on Nolensville Road. The only work they have done for me lately was install after market side molding on my 2010 Prius. Toyota does not have side molding available for the Prius, I purchased it on the Internet and they installed it.
