Navigation system fails to read DVD when it heats up on my Prius IV. Works fine when cold at start up or when air conditioner is running in warm weather. Now that it is cold outside and a heater is necessary, it will intermittently fail to read the DVD. This is an updated DVD. The old DVD had no problems but I have since dumped it. Do I need to replace the new DVD? Any ideas?
Did you get the updated DVD from the dealer? It would be nice to try another DVD to find out if the DVD is the problem.
