I took my eyes off the ramp yesterday to keep an eye on a speeding semi that was running a red light, and accelerated right into a jeep that had stopped in front of me. I hit him on the drivers side of the prius in front. No damage to the back of the jeep, but the bottom of the Prius front, the skirt thingee that comes down, was crunched in and there were scrapes on the side higher up. When I got home I took off the splash guard and pushed the crumpled skirt out. To my surprise it popped back out to the original shape. A little buffing compound on the scrapes and presto no damage. Who would have thought???
