2010 prius with brake issue but vin not included in recall

    I bought a CPO 2010 prius and i'm experiencing the loss of braking issue. I told the dealer and they said that my vin is not covered by the recall.

    What is my recourse to get this fixed?

    Cpo has a warranty. It should be covered. Bring it to the dealer to get it fixed
