2010 Solar option Prius - GPS/ CELL audio bug?

    No with 19k miles on our second GPS equipped Prius.
    This one now audio has become intermittent.
    While driving with directions the voice crackles or does not talk when expected. It's Saturday so weekend Toyota dealer wants to ask for other opinions.
    His first choice is wiring.

    We wonder if the cell phone loss is related.
    Cell phone no longer has car audio out at all.

    Anyone else having similar problems ?
