2011 low beam issue

    i changed the headlights on my 2011, but the low beams still don't work, and now my instrument panels (mph, ac, radio) go dark when i turn on the headlights. any idea if there's a quick fix?

    Changed the bulbs? Or changed the fixtures that hold the bulbs? Or both?

    Wrong bulbs or mis wirded sockets. Or bare wires rubbing .

    Mine twisted out, quarter turn.

    Passenger side was tight, scraped my arm up pretty good

    For the instrument panel going dark when the lights are on, have you tried turning up the panel dimmer? That could be an easy explanation for that part.

    As for the low beams, do you have a way to check for 12 V at the bulb sockets?
