I recently had to replace the touch screen on my 2011 jbl nav screen. I had to remove the system to do this. When I put it back in, the touch screen works fine. And I can control many of the system functions from the buttons on the steering wheel. But none of the buttons on the nav system worked after I reinstalled. Is there some setup or initialization procedure that I need to do? I don't think I did anything to the connectors for the buttons.
idk anything about these, but are you sure everything is properly connected in back? is it the exact same part number? is it a brand new screen?
