2011 Prius Code C1391 after caliper change

I had to put a new front brake caliper on and did not have the ability to use the tech stream software to do a proper full bleed after installing so I opted to just bleed the fronts like any other normal brakes just to get me back on the road until I can get a proper bleed and flush done.

a couple days after I am now getting code C1391that is intermittent and comes and goes, after research learned that this is usually from a bad brake actuator or accumulator and is a pretty intensive repair.

What I’m wondering is if there is any chance this code is actually being triggered by the system not being bled properly and may still have some air in the system as I find it a little bit of a coincidence that it didn’t happen until after the caliper change.
