2011 prius whirring noise while driving.

    Have this noise now for over a year. As I drive the whirring gets louder. Seems to let up a bit if I lean the steering wheel to the right....Ive replaced the tires and wheel bearings. Can this be a CV joint? Boots seem to be ok. Baffled
