Hi there! I have to decide between a 2011 and a 2014 Prius 4. The only difference package wise is that there is a solar moon roof on the 2011. I live in Southern California so this is somewhat of an issue. The 2011 has 39k miles and the 2014 has 10k miles. Price is not as much of an issue for me, but the 2011 is slightly less expensive. The 2014 apparently has been in one minor accident but has a clean title. Any advice? Many people are advising me to go for the 2014 because it is still under warrantee and has low miles. But I wouldn't get the solar moon roof, and the accident worries me (it apparently affected only the "rear center"). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
I'd go with the accident-free 2011, but that's just my opinion. The solar moon roof would be a nice bonus.
Awesome, thanks. Yep, it looks like I'm going with the 2011. The 2014's accident was apparently just a couple of months ago so too weird that it is suddenly for sale at such a low price. Not something I feel safe buying. Looking forward to chatting with more of you here!
