Not much is mentioned other than this snippet that I found http://www.auto123.com/en/news/car-...or-launch-at-frankfurt-auto-show?artid=133353
That's a remarkable Cd for what looks like a fairly conventional wagon configuration. Too bad we don't get the B class in the US. I did see a B class near Sacramento a couple of years ago with mfr plates. I guess mfr stands for manufacturer
I am betting there will not be many lowering kits for this car. It sure looks like I would rip it up on my roads.
I first saw the A and B class vehicles when I was in Europe and immediately fell in love with them. I think they're pretty cute. How can they possibly lower the Cd to that?
By changing it from a retarded looking stretched Smart into a lower, more sensible, shortened, hatchback C-Class?
Really? I like the current B-Class. It's fairly spacious, economical (we have the 2.0 litre, 147hp version as well as the 2.0L Turbo) and you sit high up. I didn't like the CVT though. The manual would probably be better. The Comfort/Sport button did nothing for me either. Could've shopped across the border . We have them on sale here in Canada.
That is a nice looking car and I bet the B-class is priced slightly lower than the R-class my wife currently desires. I would also say more practical for the two of us.
It's priced a LOT lower than the R-Class. It currently sits below the C-Class (It starts at Cdn$31,650 while the C250 6M starts at Cdn$35k). The 2011 B-Class is in its last year so they've done some special packaging. Last year, it started at $29,995. A B200 Turbo starts near $36k For reference, a Prius w/ Tech Package is Cdn$37k and a Camry Hybrid w/ Leather/moonroof/nav is $36k. A base Prius starts at $27,800 and a base Camry Hybrid around $31,310
