I have a 2012 Prius Two and having issue with trying to pair bluetooth devices. When I go to the add new screen, I get the Registration Waiting, but the little searching symbol in the upper right corner is not rotating and nothing will pair. It seems like it's really not searching since the symbol is not rotating. Is there a way to reset the head unit? Anyone else had such issue? Thanks
Can you see the device from your phone when it's on this screen? Does the icon freeze up when you select the device to pair, or as soon as the screen shows up? What type of phone do you have?
Thanks for the tip. The iphone 5 was seeing the device but would not pair to it, so I first deleting the device from my phone, then starting from scratch to re-pair it and that worked.
