I recently purchased a used battery and was told that it had only 78k miles on it. It was from a wrecked vehicle that had a front end collision. I pulled it apart to test the cells and recondition it before installing it. However, the last 10 cells in the pack were at zero volts! All of the other cells are good and have consistent voltages. Any idea what could have caused this and if the 0V cells can be saved by cycling charging/discharging?
