The 2012 Canberra International Electric Vehicle Festival will be held on Saturday 1 December 2012 at City Walk, Canberra City, between the fountain and carousel.(Google Maps) It purpose is to promote awareness and early adoption of electric vehicles in the ACT and region. I've been the past 2 years and I can vouchsafe for the range of electric vehicles; everything from a couple of 100 year-old cars without steering wheels to a Hino Hybrid truck! Hi Rob Spread the word by whatever legitimate means are available to you. I didn't mention that one of the displays will be Prius plug-in retro-fits. There might even be a Holden Volt!
