My apologies if this is a repeat question. My 2012 mfd has become erratic. The phone connection no longer works, the screen comes on but only briefly (it does accept touch commands during that brief time), the “apps” button no longer works (does/did have gps) but the radio does still work. I did replace the 12v battery but did not help (it needed replacing anyway - 9 years is 4 years too long). Has any one else had these sorts of problems? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks for the help!
