Hi everyone... I have a 2012 Prius. How do I remove the front windshield wipers so that I can replace them? thank you
I recommend just replacing the inserts. The frame has a special air-foil design you just don't get on the US replacement parts.
Just checked my pdf version of the Owners Manual, and there doesn't appear to be any instruction. Thumbs down to Toyota on this omission. Anyway, this is from the Repair Manual: (I've found, with various cars, even if you're just replacing the rubber inserts it's handy to have the blade off the arm. And per the caution in the attachment: any time you've got the blade off, at the least lower the wiperless arm gently onto the glass, or put a rag under it.)
