Hoping someone has an idea. My GF is reporting that both high and low beams stopped working at once on both sides. Foglights/driving lights still work though. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Is there a fuse that controls both sets of bulbs?

pulled fuse 20 and now high beams work but still not lowbeams. Fuse diagrams I am finding online seem to be different then what shows in the panel

This happened to me several times last year. Real fun with an hour drive home in bad weather. (They always went out in snow or rain)

Anyway, I had non OEM bulbs in, they continuously blew. I put in OEM bulbs and no problems in the last year.

I received a letter from Toyota this week describing this problem. The letter says it is not a recall, but this is a problem that they are aware of. They also mention if you had to do any repairs, they would refund those expenses. I had the low beams blown out too, but unfortunatelly I changed them myself and lost the bill to clain for any repairs. I suggest you call the dealership and ask about this. This repair is supposed to be at no expense.

Yes. Long-life bulbs should last longer.
