2012 Prius iii w/80k miles. I'm suffering the dreaded MFD failure with all the symptoms that indicate the problem is the expansion box. In a long thread, user @grommittoo suggests that the first remedy to try is to update the software. On Toyota's site, MFD software updates go back only as far as 2016, and if I search by VIN it says there are no MFD updates. In diagnostic mode, I see the following. And the version screens show: Notice for the expansion box is has no version information, but the diagnostic panel says it's "OK". Where can I get the latest software update for the 2012 model?
