My 2012 Toyota Prius Camshaft will not make a complete turn along with the crankshaft. I set the timing marks and it turns 1/4 of the way and then it stops. The cylinder head is rebuilt so I don't know if there is a valve problem since it is a rebuilt head.
Then it stops like something’s hitting . So you are re assembling an engine assy . The upper end . Bottom end left alone? Everything has to be on marks Assembled in order correctly. was it put up on timing marks at disassembly? Have you watched any videos of head job on 2z Prius? Or what do you think has happened ?
