Just got my 2013 Prius and the bluetooth mic sound really bad to everyone I call, it set to high, If I talk leaning over to the driver window or lean way back its fine -need to access the diagnostic menu to hopefully adjust it down a tad, but cant figure out how, I can access the maintenance menu with setup and the headlight switch but I need the other menu-please help. I have the JBLl 6.1 screen radio with nav, with the seek, track, audio, apps, setup, car and phone button, buttons on th eleft and right side of the radio. help!!!
went to dealer , it was in the normal screen for mic volume lowered it to 1 from 7 and all is well now!
