I have 2013 Prius, small Jerk and make "click" sound when I go Park to Natural. It happen Only first time in morning, the temperature is about 78/82 degree F. So its not cold issue. after that It runs little bit, like grocery store or gas station no Jerk or no sound. Update it has 42000 Miles now. I did went to the dealer they told me, leave a car overnight and they test in morning. Right after 4 second on video small jerk and sound when shift park to neutral. Is it Normal ? Any Opinion Please ? Thanks in advance.
I've never noticed anything. Doesn't sound good, especially since it's a different feel You do have foot on the brake I assume?
yes I have my foot on the break. I feel it 1st time while i shift from park to drive. so now i change to Park to neutral and its small jerk and click sound. after that even no sound or jerk at all, it only happen if car shitting down for several hours.
Really hard to tell anything from video, but thanks for trying. I'd second Mr Bigh: take to dealership. See if you can drive a used or demo Prius on the lot, for comparison. Again: if this is something new, it didn't behave this in the past...
