2013 Prius III USB MP3 stopped working after 4+ years

    After working perfectly for more than 4 years, my Prius sound system no longer recognizes any of the thumb drives I plug in with MP3 files on them that I've used over those 4 years. Diagnosis? Solutions? Profuse thanks.
