I have a 2013 Prius and every time I start the car the nav wants to take me to my previous address. If I select stop guidance then that will stop navigation until I start the car again. I cannot get this to stop. Here are the steps that I have taken from the ideas that I have found on this forum to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this? 1. Took it to the dealer twice and they do not know what the problem is 2. I have reset the nav to factory defaults 3. I pulled the ground off of the battery and let the car sit without power overnight 4. I removed the nav and unplugged it from the car and re-installed the next day. I am at a loss. Any ideas would be really appreciated.
