I have the kit with the lower grill and lights. I have put fog lights on ever prius I had but on this one they are telling me to remove the front bumper and I cant figure out why. Anyone put fogs in the 2013 were you have to pull the front lower grill if so did you pull front bumper and if so why
yes the grill has bolts/screws that are only accessible with the bumper off. Plus it helps with wiring and mounting the relay on the driver side.
