I tried to look for a search button but couldn't find one. Anyway, I have a 13 Prius V and the horn does not work. Tested alarm and horn works find. Everything else works on the car and all the button on the steering while except the horn. 1st question, is there a fuse or relay I should be checking? Checking the fuse box, the areas that say horn are empty. 2nd, if it's the clock spring, would other buttons not work too! Any help, highly appreciated! Laz
I have had clock springs on other vehicles go bad in a way that only affects the horn. After a while, the other buttons stop working too. Also, it is possible that the connector to the clockspring isn't properly inserted after some sort of service involving the steering wheel. This happened to me when I replaced a clockspring myself.
